The finished claim
FerryWatch generates the letter locally. You choose whether to copy it, open BC Ferries’ feedback form, and submit it. FerryWatch does not receive a copy or learn the outcome.

Standard hosting logs
Like most websites, the hosting and database providers may process standard security and request logs. Do not enter sensitive personal data anywhere except the local claim fields intended for your letter.
